Room for a better conversation.AI-generated scene
01

Understand the person.

Bring clinical profiles and voluntarily shared health information into the conversation.

02

Review with context.

Validate prescriptions, review costing and use drug-interaction decision support alongside professional judgement.

03

Make the next step clear.

Staff prioritise requests. Pharmacists review them. Patients approve quotes before collection.

04

Keep the conversation going.

Connect visits through eligible refill requests and conversations with the pharmacy team.

Intelligence that assists. Expertise that leads. AI supports the pharmacist. It does not diagnose, prescribe autonomously or replace professional judgement.

06 / A LITTLE PERSPECTIVE

What could a better day be worth?

Illustrative estimates, not measured customer outcomes or guaranteed savings. Your assumptions make the difference.

Your pharmacy, your numbers

Editable assumptions Sample rates, not predictions

Monthly turnover = transactions per day per branch × basket × 26 trading days × branches. Expiry write-off and admin hours are totals across all branches. Each recovery line uses its editable rate; uplift also uses the margin rate.

07 / GOOD QUESTIONS

Clarity,
before you commit.

Real-world questions.
Straightforward answers.

Let’s talk about your pharmacy ↗
What can my pharmacy do offline?

On a powered, configured device with previously cached data, supported counter workflows can use the cached catalogue and queue sales. Sales sync when connectivity returns, with stock conflicts sent for manager review. The patient portal, hosted AI, messaging and online payments need internet. Not all clinical, reporting, purchasing or stock-transfer functions work offline.

Who can see a patient’s information?

Access follows staff permissions, the patient’s pharmacy relationship and explicit sharing choices. Voluntarily shared health readings can add context to care. Patient records are not automatically shared with every pharmacy using DutiLyne.

Does AI make clinical decisions?

No. AI provides assistance, such as drug-interaction decision support, for a pharmacist to assess. It does not diagnose, prescribe autonomously or replace professional judgement. Clinical responsibility stays with qualified professionals.

How do we get started with our existing pharmacy?

Start with a demo of your team’s workflows. We can discuss your current data, devices, branch structure and training needs, then agree on a suitable onboarding approach. Migration scope and timing depend on your existing setup.

Can patients request any medicine as a refill?

The portal supports eligible refill requests, not unrestricted repeat dispensing. Requests enter the pharmacy’s review workflow. A pharmacist reviews and costs the request, and the patient approves the quote before collection.

Where can I compare plans and pricing?

Existing plans are priced in GHS, with capabilities and limits that vary by plan. See plans and pricing or request a demo to discuss the right fit. Submitting a demo request does not create an account or charge you.
